Playing Safely

At Richman Casino we treat responsible gambling as part of the service, not an afterthought.

Simple rules for every session

1. Set a budget and treat it as the cost of entertainment.
2. Watch the clock and stop at the time you planned.
3. Keep gambling separate from money for rent, food and bills.
4. Walk away after a loss instead of trying to win it back.

When to pause

If gambling affects your sleep, work, relationships or finances, it is time to take a break. Our support team can pause your account or close it at your request.

Support services

Australian players can talk to Gambling Help Online any time, free and in confidence, and can self-exclude from licensed online wagering through BetStop.

Age limit

Only people over 18 may play. We may ask for proof of age at any time.
